Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours of order placement (before processing) for full refund processed in 24-48 hours. Email shop@aestheticsdelight.com with Order ID or call +91 9825645696 (Mon-Sat, 10AM-6PM).

Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other valid reasons. You will be notified via email/phone with full refund processed immediately.

Returns & Replacement

Returns accepted ONLY for: damaged/broken items or wrong item sent. Report within 3 days of delivery with Order ID + photos to shop@aestheticsdelight.com.

Process:
– We approve return and provide shipping instructions
– Ship back within 4 business days
– Full refund OR replacement after warehouse verification (7-10 business days)
– Replacement subject to stock availability

No Returns For:
– Change of mind
– Used, opened, or unpacked items
– Damage due to misuse
– Missing original packaging/labels

Refund Timeline

Refunds processed to original payment method:
– Cancellations: 24-48 hours
– Returns: 7-10 business days after warehouse verification

Partial Returns

Yes, return individual items from multi-item orders. Include all original packaging, labels, and complimentary gifts.
