How can I cancel an order on www.aestheticsdelight.com?
If your order or the item(s) you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, please contact our customer support team at sonia25.aesthetics@gmail.com or call us at +91 9825645696 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
In such cases, your order will be cancelled, and the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after processing the cancellation request.
Can the company cancel my order?
Yes, there may be circumstances where the company has to cancel a specific order. Please note that the receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. www.aestheticsdelight.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving it.
While our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.aestheticsdelight.com reserves the right to inform you via telephone, email, or mobile text if there is a shortfall in the quantity you ordered for any item. In such cases, we may either supply you with a reduced quantity or cancel your order after providing prior notice.
When will I receive my refund?
If you cancel your order before shipment, we will process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
If you cancel the order after the shipment has been dispatched or if it is being returned, we will process the refund once we receive and verify the products at our warehouse.
Returns, Replacement, and Refunds:
How do I return a purchased item from www.aestheticsdelight.com ?
Aesthetics offer an “Easy return policy” where you can raise a return/exchange request within 5 days of product delivery. We also accept partial returns, allowing you to request a return for one or all products in your order.
Please call our customer care number or email us, providing your Order ID. Additionally, take a photograph of the product and email it to us for reference. You will have to send the product back to us within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement process will be initiated if the product is unused and undamaged upon receipt.
Under what conditions is the product not eligible for returns?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• The product is used or altered.
• The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
• The product is returned without its original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
• The serial number is tampered with.
• The request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.
• The product was received as a free item provided by the brand.
What should I do if the product is received in a damaged condition?
If the product/package is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please return it to the delivery person. In the unlikely event that any product you ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged, or defective, please contact our customer care mentioning your Order ID. Provide a photograph or video of the damaged/defective product for reference. We will issue a refund or provide a brand new replacement at no additional cost for all valid complaints.
Note: In case of a replacement, it is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full amount.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can create a return request at the item level. If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, please ensure that any product being returned is returned in full, including all components and any complimentary gifts or products that came along with it.
How will I receive a refund for returned orders, and how long will the process take?
For returns/replacements/refunds, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. The refund will be made through the original payment method used for the order. The exact timeframe for the refund process may vary, but we strive to complete it as quickly as possible.
