Frequently Asked Questions
Candles are a luxurious and enjoyable item that is easily accessible and affordable. They come in a variety of colors and scents and can infuse the home with warmth and ambience that promote a feeling of serenity and well-being.
What kind of wax is used in your candles?
We Use A Blend Of Natural, Sustainable, And Vegan Soy Wax And Coconut Wax That Is Non-Toxic. Our Candles Provide An Even And Long-Lasting Burn.
Do you use essential oils in your candles?
We use high-quality aroma oils with essential oil components that are particularly intended for candles. Our scents include no hazardous ingredients like phthalates, parabens, or petroleum. Since essential oils are fragile and pricey, we recommend dispersing them and burning our natural wax candles.
Do you add colors or other additives to your candles?
Along with our natural wax, fragrance oil in our candles and our cotton wicks, we add colors and additives such as glitters, dry flowers and crystals as per customer requirements.
What size candle should I use for my room?
For normal living and working environments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, one candle is adequate. For the finest aroma dispersal, larger rooms or areas with high ceilings or an open floor plan may need many candles. To make your special mixture, you may combine different fragrances of candles or use many candles of the same type.
Is it possible to reuse your containers?
Absolutely! Stop using the candle when there is only approximately 1/4 inch of wax remaining. Using a spoon, carefully remove any residual wax, wicks, and labels from the jar. Never pour wax down the drain or down the garbage disposal; instead, dispose of it in the trash. Next wash, rinse, and dry the container after soaking it in hot, soapy water to soften any remaining residue and labels. And there you have a new jar which can be reused in many ways.
What is special about cotton wicks?
High-quality cotton wicks with a paper core that has been wrapped in cotton produce a tidy, straightforward, and conventional burn. A low-maintenance approach to enjoy your favourite candle aroma and create the ideal ambiance in your favourite settings is using cotton wicks.
Is trimming the wick required after burning necessary?
It is, indeed. Trim the wick to around 1/4 inch once the candle has cooled down. When the wick is kept at the right length, cotton wicks burn more efficiently. Burn periods can be prolonged with the right management.
How can I avoid the candle jar getting black residue on it?
Before lighting or in between burns, make sure the wick is cut to no more than 5mm to avoid black residue. Untrimmed wicks can produce smoke and discolour the interior of the glass. If black residue does appear, wipe it away with a moist paper towel and throw away the old towel.
What is the right technique to extinguish a candle?
To put out the candle, do not cover the jar with the wooden lid. Instead blowing it with a candle sniffer or simply blowing out the flame is the safest method.
What ingredients make up wax melts?
To add aroma to your house or any other indoor environment, use wax melts and tarts, which are fragrant cubes or shapes made of soy wax that may be melted in an oil burner with a tea light.
