Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate but subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors post-order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours of order placement for full refund (processed in 5-7 business days).
No cancellations after processing or shipping. Email shop@aestheticsdelight.com with Order ID.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing: 2-3 business days.
Delivery: 5-7 business days (metros), 7-10 days (others). No shipping on weekends/holidays.
Shipping charges shown at checkout. Track orders via email link.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery to carrier. We are not liable for transit delays/damage.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns accepted ONLY for: damaged/broken items or wrong item sent.
Report within 3 days of delivery. Email Order ID + photos to shop@aestheticsdelight.com.
We provide return label/approval. Ship back within 4 business days.
Full refund OR replacement after warehouse verification (7-10 business days).
No returns for change of mind, used, unpacked, or undamaged items.

Payment Terms

Payments processed securely via certified Indian payment gateways. All disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or refunds resolved directly between you and Aesthetics Delight. No chargebacks for satisfied orders.
